Goyang Oulim Nuri Arts Center is a complex cultural and artistic space consisting of a performance hall, cultural and artistic educational facilities, and sports facilities. Cultural and artistic facilities including Oulim Theater, Byeolmorae Theater, and Byeolddagi Learning Center, as well as sports facilities including a sports complex, an ice rink, an indoor swimming pool, and a badminton court, have been established. The Oulim Theater (1,290 seats) can host a variety of performances, including classical music, popular music, plays, dance, and musicals, while the Byeolmorae Theater (366 seats) focuses on performances geared toward families and children. Monthly memberships are available for fitness, swimming, and aqua aerobics in the sports facilities that are also very popular. In addition, there are convenience amenities such as an indoor playground for children, a shop, a store specializing in swimming and sports goods, and a café.
