Let's find out about all the information on the tour to Goyang as well as various attractions to explore and enjoy.
The Goyang Tourist Information Center that clearly stands right before Exit 2 of Jeongbalsan Station on Line 3 is as excellent to be regarded as a tourist attraction itself, going beyond providing simple tourist information.

1F A place designed to offer various information, pleasant environment, and comfort.

The first floor fulfills its roles by providing a whole variety of useful information on tourist attractions, accommodations, and restaurants to the visitors of Goyang. Right across the information desk sits a cafe and a restaurant full of cute cats, and those cats represent the mascot of Goyang, “Goya.” You just cannot help but smile at Goyang's wit and sense of humor of selecting a cat as its mascot, as the name Goyang resembles how a cat is pronounced in Korean, “Goyangi.”
Since all the souvenirs displayed at this store are designed after those selected at a contest, they are ever more unique and special. The lobby on the first floor also holds a shared office for visitors to relax, a nursing room, and an unmanned storage for travelers to keep their luggage 24/7. The cafe offers beverage drinks made of Gawaji rice, a special agricultural product of Goyang.

The second floor offers a space for visitors to try hanbok. Over 200 pairs of hanbok and school uniforms are available for rent free of charge, allowing visitors to build cherished memories.
Visitors can also take photos in hanbok at Goyangjae, a hanok building. On the same floor, there is the “medical tourism desk” that provides a wide range of medical experiences, including composition analysis and blood pressure measurement, the “Book Shelter” with 1,680 books, and a rooftop that overlooks Jeongbalsan Mountain at a glance.
